Already included: Heating, Power, bedding and towels, firewood
Not included: Tail end (house 70 € / Appartment 35 €)
Rotation: Normaly Saturday: (departure until 11 o´clock; arrival after 4 o´clock) or after arrangement
Smoking: No Smoking in the house or Appartment
Payment: after fixed booking, 1/3 of the fee; final payment 30 days before start of rental
Cancelation: until 30 days before start of rental 20%, afterwards 80% of the payment
(Certificate of a travel cancelation insurance is recommended)
